Hey guys, sorry that I haven't blogged in quiet a while, I've been super busy trying to get products to review and busy with coursework. However during that time I've been able to test some grooming products that have been sent to me! Label.M was used in London Fashion week and is how I first stumbled across the products.
This was the first of three products that I was sent. I found product easy to apply and didn't leave my hands a mess and sticky. What I liked most about this product is how it smelt, it smells of sort of coconuts, it is so refreshing and you can smell it throughout the day and it isn't over powering. Back to the product itself, I found that when I put it in my hair and I wanted it to sit up it wouldn't. My hair usually just has a fall out with me in the morning and falls flat. I like my hair to be quiet choppy but quite a messy look, this product achieved the look I wanted relatively well. It gave my hair a slight shine/wet look, but not greasy which is extremely important! However when I get home from school there looks like there is no product in my hair at all, so it doesn't last as long as I would like it to.
This is the the second of three products label.m sent me. This was my favourite of the two products and gave me quite a good hold with a matt finish, but did leave my hair looking slightly dry so I used the hair glue and worked the two products together. I found that they complimented each other and gave quite a good hold and finish.
Overall I do like both of the products and I hope to feature more of them in my blog in the future. I would give them both collectively a score of 6.8/10!

Perfect Valentine's Gift
Valentines is fast approaching and many men usually leave it to the last minute to get their gifts. So to help you with the perfect gift idea here is my TOP GIFT for valentines day!
The perfect gift for Valentines day is buying a nice underwear set, and you can't buy from a more trusted brand than Rigby&Peller. They have received a Royal Warrant, which means the Queen has passed their products as of being of the highest quality. I have looked through some of their selection and it is quite vast but not over whelming.
I have put an example of what the perfect set for your Mrs. would be below. However, some there are a variety of colours that might be more appealing (you should know her favourite colour by now?)
One of the biggest worries for men is firstly finding out what bra size their partner is, a simple way of finding this is look through her drawer and look at the label and it should say the size.
Most men don't like purchasing underwear in a shop where there are other women. You can simply order what you want online off the Rigby&Peller website which is perfect, job done!
Here is a link on advice for men on the Rigby&Peller website:http://www.rigbyandpeller.com/advice-centre/advice_for_men.aspx
Some of the ranges are quite expensive, however if your partner knows you've bought it for her she will know you that you will like it, and is more likely to wear it. So good luck guys, and have a great valentines day!

Song Of The Week
I have decided that once a week on a Wednesday I am going to choose my song of the week for all my followers. This week my song of the week is Alexandra Burke - Elephant! (No it is not a tribute to our much loved character Dumbo, sorry to disappoint)
I love this song so much, the beat is incredible, it will without a doubt blow up. Alexandra won the X-Factor a few years back, and since then has had several number one hits and Top 10 singles. We have all been anticipating her return with her second studio album. Elephant is the first single off her new album. Alexandra has gone for a more club, heavy bass line style compared to her usual pop style songs. Her new sound is very electro-pop and is following in the steps of Ke$ha's - Animal album. This song is going to become MASSIVE, so watch out for Alexandra taking over 2012!

Lana Del Ray
Lana Del Ray is making huge ripples in the music industry, everyone is talking about her unique sound and style. Ever since Adele's major movement, the mainstream charts have been more appreciative of alternative styles of music and not just mainstream pop. Lana Del Ray has been praised by critics for her distinctly unique voice that sets her aside from the rest of the music industry. Her first single of her eagerly anticipated album "Born To Die" "Video Games" was an unlikely Top 10 Hit in the UK peaking at Number 9. Below is her live performance on Johnathon Ross's show.
Her latest single "Born To Die" is a song full of raw, honest emotion. The video is very classy and tasteful, however Lana's vocals pull on your heart strings and you believe every word she says and become emerged in this situation that she is describing. The lyrics are extremely powerful and deep, unlike some artists like Dev who talk about, "Dolla Bills in mah tummy," these mainstream artists talk about rubbish and it instantly becomes a hit. Lana is a raw talent who is going to blow up in 2012, she will be all over your TV, Radio, she is going to dominate the world! With those lips she could dominate ANYTHING!
A matter of hours ago Lana released her official track listing, so here is the names of the tracks that she is including in her album!
Born To Die
Off To The Races
Blue Jeans
Video Games
Diet Mountain Dew
National Anthem
Dark Paradise
Radio
Carmen
Million Dollar Man
Summertime Sadness

Celebrity Printed T-Shirts
Happy New Year to all of the people that follow this blog! When you all were Christmas shopping you must have seen some amazing print t-shirts on the high street. Some of them are quiet pricey but in my opinion some of them are worth it! They are definitely in trend at the minute and you will be able to stand out from the crowd wearing one. (providing you don't go to a rihanna concert because everyone wears a rihanna t-shirt at them) I bought the Rihanna - Talk That Talk cover t-shirt today, and I LOVE IT! It was very pricey for a t-shirt in my opinion, but worth it because I love Rihanna, well what red blooded human doesn't? Here are my favourites from the high street below:

Exclusive Interview with K-Roll
Howdy you lot! As you are all sobering up after your party on new years eve, I wanted to bring you an up coming artist that is rapidly being recognised in the music world. In 2010 K-Roll launched her herself with nothing more than a Microphone, a camera and the determination to become music's next big thing! With reaching nearly 500 downloads on her mixtapes and have over 16,000 views on youtube this star is shinning very bright!
As an ice-breaker can you describe yourself in one word?
- Fierce
So how did you come up with the name K-Roll?
- A hyperactive day with my cousin and one small shopping list. The rest is history.. or so they say.
Is K-Roll an alter ego and not a true represntation of yourself?
- She is I. I guess she is the way I can say stuff without really caring what people think.
Who would you say inspired you to start writing and recording your music?
- It was never a choice to start - it just happened. But definitely Gaga is the main inspiration in life.
In your song "Aliens" you write about how you don't fit into society, do you think our generation can relate to this as individuality seems to be something that is hard to express in our society?
- Yes most definitely. The song is for that person that never felt like they'd conform to the norm. They never felt like that the "normal" life was for them. It's just a pity huge stars such as Gaga with 'Born this Way', Katy Perry's 'Firework' + P!nk's 'Fucking Perfect' came along and look as if I stole their ideas.. When in fact mine was released before. *winks*
Who has inspired you on a personal level?
- Like I said before, Lady Gaga. She has completely changed my life. She's also given me the opportunities to meet others who have inspired me in their own little ways. I find determination in a person very inspiring. Belief is everything.
What is your ALL time favourite song and what does it mean to you?
- I honestly could not pick. There are so many songs that make me feel different depending on my situation. However, I will tell you my all time favourite song of mine. "Runaway". This song basically saved me.
When you started doing music, how did your friends and peers react?
- Friends were shocked but amazed at the same time. Peers in my area have never really taken to the idea of it, in fact most people dislike me for it. But being a female footballer had the same reaction since I was 5 so it's nothing I ain't used to.
Have you done any live gigs yet, or would you like to?
- I haven't done a proper gig yet. I've performed 2songs before at school formals. But I'd give anything for the opportunity to perform on a regular basis. The stage is what I'm living for. Making my songs come alive is the reason I make them.
Who is the best live act that you have seen?
- Who else but Lady Gaga. I've seen 100s of artists live and none have gave me the feeling she did. I was a fan before I seen her but now I'm obsessed. She can control a stage and a crowd like no other.
Ok so in ten years time K-Roll has blown up and you've finally made it, where do you hope to be?
- I hope to be planning another world tour. Touring has always been a massive part of the dream. It really allows me as an artist both bring alive my art and connect with my listeners.
Do you have any other passion besides your passion for music?
- I guess I have a passion for the mind. I'm obsessed with the thought of how people work. Love is something I've always been obsessed with. It's so complex, it's fascinating how it can control you.
Pepsi or Coke?
- Pepsi! (Without a second thought taken)
I am disgusted at your taste.
Nicki Minaj or Lil Kim?
- Nicki Minaj. She's just been more current to me. I've always preferred her features to solo work though.
Froze to death or burnt to death?
- 'Im so hot I guess I'm already burning to death. (She explains that she is joking) But I hate the cold.
Sex with your icon Lady Gaga or Me?
- Can't we have a threesome?
I'm up for that, time and place?
You have a certain style (clothes wise) and have inspired people in your local area to dress similar, do you aspire or know that you are a style icon if you will and who inspires you do dress so individually?
- Ah! Interesting! I dress how I feel. (Flicking her weave like a ghetto princess) If one day I'm feeling like a tom boy I'll reflect in in my brightly coloured skinnies saggin' and my snapback. If the next I'm feeling geek sheek - I'll do the same. Clothes are your mind displayed on your body I guess.
So will 2012 bring big things for K-Roll? can you give us any hints as to when your next mixtape will be released, or even an EXCLUSIVE TRACK?
- It will! Watch out.. Kransin is coming. She's the reason I'm truly fierce. She might even try to kill K-Roll.. who knows! Yeah have an exclusive track if you want it! It's all love here Mr.Maxwell. My new mixture will be early this year.. Name to be confirmed when I've finished it all up - or when more of you follow my fine ass!
There you have it the Krazy K-Roll, when interviewing her she was so laid back and open about her life and you can really tell how professional and determined she is to be a success. I was able to have a joke with her which is evident by some of the pointless questions I asked her. I feel that she has all the ingredients to become the next big female rapper in the industry, and there is a huge gap in the market for a British one.
So as K-Roll hinted at leaking some new material if more of you followed her. So here is her official music twitter! http://twitter.com/#!/KRANSIN and her official facebook page http://www.facebook.com/KRollMusic?ref=ts
